Manager – Tax Operations / Team Lead

Position: Manager / Operations Lead
Department: US Tax Operations

Overview:

The Manager oversees day-to-day tax operations, ensures workflow efficiency, manages team performance, and maintains overall service quality.

Key Responsibilities:
    •    Supervise and coordinate teams (Marketing, Preparation, Review, E-file)
    •    Ensure smooth workflow from intake to final e-file
    •    Monitor KPIs and maintain quality control
    •    Train new employees and improve team skill levels
    •    Handle escalations and resolve complex client issues
    •    Ensure compliance with internal and IRS standards
    •    Report daily progress to leadership

Qualifications:
    •    3+ years of experience in US tax operations or BPO leadership
    •    Strong leadership, communication, and team-management skills
    •    Ability to manage high-volume workloads and deadlines
    •    Knowledge of US tax processes preferr
